SWS GetVersion Method


Retrieves the current version of the Store Enterprise/Advantage software application that this SWS method is accessing.

Parameters

Name DataType Is Required
Description

Returned Parameters

Name DataType
GetVersionResult String
Description The current version of Store.

Example

This method does not require the LookupUser method.

We’ll assume you’ve got a web reference, let’s name it SWS, in your Visual Studio project.  The GetVersion method returns a string. The call will look like this:

SWS.WSSoapClient service = new SWS.WSSoapClient();
string response;
response = service.GetVersion();
